Started by a Local Contractor
James Sampson started Airtight Vinyl Siding & Windows over 30 years ago with a simple idea. Homeowners deserved a contractor who actually shows up, actually knows what they’re talking about, and actually stands behind the work after the crew drives away.
Three decades later, that idea hasn’t changed. We’re still based out of Soquel. We still use our own crews instead of rotating subcontractors. And we still measure success by how many of our customers refer us to their neighbors, which happens to be about 7 out of every 10 jobs we do.
